What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try to reach out and talk to the customer first to understand their needs and expectations for their project and then set up a meeting to get a more detailed project information

What should I think about when asking about a remodel?

To make sure that the contractor is licensed, bonded, and insured. That is for the protection of both the homeowner and the contractor.

How long will my remodel take?

The timeline depends on what type of project remodel. Some take 2 weeks, some could go on for months. It's hard to say without knowing what kind of remodeling we need to do.

How can I give my space a new look without completely remodeling it?

Putting on fresh new paint could sometimes give a new vibe/look.

If I do decide to completely remodel my space, what decisions are involved in this?

Budget, priorities, and timeline.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give a price for the total project that needs to be done. If there are changes along the way, prices and scope of work adjust accordingly based on what is agreed upon. No additional work will be done without the homeowners' approval.
